For general inquiries, we typically respond within 48 hours. For tip reports, initial triage occurs immediately, and follow-up investigations begin right away.

How do I submit a FOIA request?
FOIA requests can be submitted online through our website, by mail to our headquarters, or by email to foia@sbi.gov. Please allow 20-30 business days for processing.
